Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing to join our 4-Week Challenge. We value your trust and aim to provide the best learning and fitness experience. This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which refunds may or may not be provided.


1. No Refund on Digital Products

The 4-Week Challenge includes digital content such as:

  • Workout plans

  • Nutrition guides

  • Video lessons

  • Downloads

  • Access links

Since all materials are delivered instantly or within a short time after registration, we do not offer refunds once the payment has been made.


2. Non-Transferable

Your purchase or registration cannot be:

  • Transferred to another person

  • Exchanged for another program

  • Paused or extended for future batches


3. Exceptions (If Any)

Refunds may only be considered under the following rare circumstances:

  • Duplicate payment due to technical error

  • Wrong amount charged due to a payment gateway issue

For these cases, you must provide:

  • Payment receipt

  • Transaction ID

  • Screenshot of the issue

Approved refunds will be processed to the same payment method within 7–14 working days.


4. No Guarantee of Results

Please note that there is no refund based on:

  • Lack of results

  • Inconsistency in following the program

  • Change of mind

  • Personal reasons or schedule issues

Every individual’s effort and circumstances vary, and we cannot guarantee identical results.
